Anjie Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Weisi Dongshan Electronic Technology, has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Suzhou Zhifeng MIM Powder Metallurgy. Following the industrial and commercial registration change, Suzhou Zhifeng has become a controlled subsidiary of the company. The base consideration for the transaction is 204 million yuan. If Suzhou Zhifeng's audited net profit for 2026 exceeds 40 million yuan, a contingent consideration will be paid based on the valuation increment, capped at 51 million yuan, bringing the total transaction consideration to no more than 255 million yuan. The company's board of directors reviewed and approved the acquisition on June 30, 2026.
