CHUWIT FARM (2019) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITEDDelay in opening layer farm due to increased rainfall and higher construction costs from global conditions and conflicts.

Chuwit Farm 2019, or CFARM, announced it is adjusting the opening of its 200,000-bird layer farm from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2027, while continuing its JUMP+ plan to reach 2028 targets of 408.20 million baht in sales, EBITDA of 100 to 115 million baht, and net profit of 60.50 million baht. The company said the delay stems from increased rainfall and a review of construction design to fit the budget, after building material costs rose due to global economic conditions and international conflicts. For the second half of 2026, CFARM expects continued growth from the first half, with average chicken weight per bird rising to 2.732 kilograms from 2.720 kilograms in the same period last year, while maintaining cost control and steadily improving productivity. In the first six months of 2026, sales were 111.70 million baht, EBITDA was 33.60 million baht, and net profit was 7.87 million baht, compared with 2025 sales of 214.30 million baht, EBITDA of 59.34 million baht, and net profit of 10.85 million baht.
