Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, or A5, has won the Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok) award for its CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha project at the 21st PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2026, held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel on 18 September 2026. It marks the second award in a single year for the project, alongside sales of more than 50% in less than one year. Supachok Panjasap, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, said the project is developed under the Modern Heritage concept and the Fifth Dimension of Privacy Living concept, expressed through five dimensions of privacy: Space, Freedom, Sense, Soul and Continuity. It uses products from Gessi, Kohler, TOTO and Mitsubishi, and is fitted with a Solar Roof and EV Charger, as well as Low-VOC materials. Following the second award in a single year and sales of more than 50%, A5 plans to open the central garden and a new phase of CINQUIÈME in October 2026, and to extend the CINQUIÈME brand to projects in new locations in the future.
