CP AXTRA officially launched Happitat on 21 August, spanning more than 200,000 square metres in the Bang Na area under the Happy & Healthy Mall concept, aiming to elevate its retail business into an experience platform. The project comprises three main buildings: Bloominas, Wonderwild, and Festie Town, along with The Hilltop Offices, a 10-storey office building targeting LEED Gold and WELL Gold standards. A key sustainability highlight is its connection to more than 30 rai of natural forest and a zero waste to landfill goal. The launch event featured a drone show with more than 2,222 drones, setting a new record for Thailand.
