CTP, Europe's largest listed developer of industrial and logistics real estate, is expanding into southern Hungary with its first development in Pécs. The new park has a total development potential of over 66,000 sqm of gross leasable area, to be delivered in phases. In the first phase, a 14,200 sqm built-to-suit logistics facility has been pre-leased to an existing client, with construction starting in Q2 2026 and completion expected by end of Q2 2027. The project targets an A+ energy rating and BREEAM Excellent certification, featuring a heat pump system. Located near the M60 motorway with access to the M6, the park will serve logistics, advanced manufacturing, and R&D occupiers, leveraging Pécs' skilled workforce and the University of Pécs.
