Dagang Shares announced on October 9 that its wholly owned subsidiary Jiangsu Keli Semiconductor Co., Ltd. plans to transfer its 16% stake in Suzhou Keyang Semiconductor Co., Ltd., an associated company, through public listing, with a reserve price of 200 million yuan. The equity transfer was acquired at the reserve price by a consortium formed by Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Phase II Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership and Beijing Xiaomi Intelligent Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership, each taking an 8% stake in Suzhou Keyang. After the transaction, Keli Semiconductor will still hold a 12.56% stake in Suzhou Keyang. The announcement shows that the appraised value of all shareholders' equity in Suzhou Keyang is 1.241 billion yuan, an increase of 444 million yuan over the audited consolidated owners' equity attributable to the parent company, representing a premium rate of 55.71%. The transaction is expected to affect the company's current profit or loss by approximately 40 million yuan. In the first half of 2026, Dagang Shares achieved revenue of 233 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 54.54 million yuan.
