The cancelled shares were acquired under the Third and Fourth Tranche of Endesa's Share Buyback Framework Programme. The company will execute the corresponding public deed of capital reduction and amendment of its Articles of Association for registration in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, and will then request the delisting of the cancelled shares from the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia Stock Exchanges through the Stock Exchange Interconnection System, as well as their deregistration in the accounting records of IBERCLEAR.
