Holders whose notes were accepted will also receive an accrued interest payment on October 14, 2026, and notes validly tendered but not accepted will be returned promptly. BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanley served as dealer managers, with D.F. King & Co. as tender and information agent.
