Siam Global House Public Company LimitedGLOBAL expects to benefit from demand for home repair materials once the flood situation eases, with recovery seen in Q4 2026.

Siam Global House Public Company Limited, or GLOBAL, is set to benefit from demand for home repair materials once the flood situation eases. Chief Executive Officer Witoon Suriyawanakul told the Stock Vision news team that the company has a total of 101 branches in Thailand and that all branches remain open and operating normally, even though some areas were affected by flooding. On third-quarter 2026 results, Witoon said overall performance was close to target, since the floods occurred in roughly the final 10 days of the quarter, and he expects a clearer recovery in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company is pressing ahead with expanding House Brand products, which carry margins about 10 percentage points higher than the branded goods it distributes. GLOBAL currently has a gross margin of approximately 25-29%, or an average of around 28%. On its overseas business, GLOBAL has two branches in Cambodia, where sales had previously fallen by about 25-30% amid the conflict, and it expects them to recover by more than 20% in the fourth quarter. In Laos, Myanmar and Indonesia, the company operates through joint ventures and is seeing good growth. For its 2026 growth target, the company has set a level equal to or slightly above Thailand's economic growth rate, based on the government's GDP forecast of around 2%.
