Ichitan Group, or ICHI, is expanding into the fertilizer business by partnering with EYW Group Holding, or HoldCo, to establish a new joint venture company named Ton Fertilizer with a registered capital of 150 million baht. The company will operate the import, production, and distribution of granular fertilizer for field crops and horticultural crops. ICHI will hold 51% of the shares, while HoldCo will hold 49%. HoldCo is held by Ekayongwong Company with 45% and Mr. Nattawut Srisuthep with 44%, both of whom are experts in fertilizer and agricultural products. The new company will call for the first payment of 25% of the share value and the full amount by May 2570 (Buddhist Era), with the company expected to be established by the end of 2569 (Buddhist Era).
