INETREIT, the Internet Infrastructure and Real Estate Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, has declared a distribution for the operating period from July 1 to July 31, 2026, at 0.0675 baht per unit. The ex-dividend date passed on September 25, 2026, and payment will be made on October 12, 2026. With this payment, INETREIT will have distributed dividends more than nine times this year, for cumulative distributions of 0.6075 baht per unit, or roughly 445 million baht, including this pending payment. INETREIT said it continues to manage its assets prudently, with Internet Thailand Public Company Limited, or INET, as its principal tenant. INET has operated in Thailand's digital infrastructure business for more than 31 years, amid sustained demand for digital infrastructure driven by cloud, data and AI.
