Net profit attributable to the parent swung from a loss of 12.39 million yuan a year earlier to a loss of 21.67 million yuan, widening the deficit. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items swung from a loss of 13.65 million yuan a year earlier to a loss of 24.27 million yuan, also widening the deficit. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 1.688 billion yuan, down 1.8 percent from the end of the previous year. Net assets attributable to the parent were 1.003 billion yuan, down 3.4 percent from the end of the previous year. In the interim report, the company said its main operations during the reporting period centered on four major areas: comprehensive security, trusted applications, Internet of Things security, and digital technology. It continued to strengthen cryptography and cybersecurity technologies, and under the push of its cryptography plus AI strategy, it is committed to improving market response speed and customer stickiness.
