Jingwei Huikai announced on September 29 that it plans to sell its 100% stake in wholly owned subsidiary Xinhuikai Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd. for 129 million yuan, with the transferee being Shenzhen Zhuoyue Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. The announcement shows that Shenzhen Xinhuikai basically has no operating business, and the long-term equity investment on its books is not within the scope of the transaction and will be deducted. After the transaction is completed, Jingwei Huikai will no longer hold equity in Shenzhen Xinhuikai, and the latter will no longer be included in the company's consolidated statements. Shenzhen Xinhuikai's original business has been gradually transferred to the company's wholly owned subsidiary Jingwei Huikai Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd., and the company's original business will not be affected by this sale. The company said the sale aims to revitalize idle assets, recover funds, and accelerate the transformation toward developing new quality productive forces. In the first half of 2026, Jingwei Huikai achieved revenue of 1.768 billion yuan and a net loss attributable to the parent company of 41.19 million yuan.
