Lindsay Corp reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 total revenue of $160.8 million, a 5% decrease from $169.5 million in the prior year. Operating income fell to $18.5 million from $23.8 million, with operating margin declining to 11.5% from 14%. Net earnings were $15.8 million, or $1.53 per diluted share, compared to $19.5 million, or $1.78 per diluted share, a year ago. The Irrigation segment saw a 7% revenue decline to $133 million, driven by an 11% drop in North America to $61.3 million and a 4% decrease internationally to $71.7 million, partly due to high interest rates and limited credit access in Brazil. In contrast, the Infrastructure segment grew 8% to $27.7 million, marking three consecutive quarters of growth. The company maintained a strong liquidity position of $204.8 million, including $154.8 million in cash and equivalents, and repurchased $25.2 million in shares during the quarter.
