Ningbo Ocean Shipping released its 2026 interim report. In the first half of the year, it achieved revenue of 3.445 billion yuan, up 17.66% year-on-year, with net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company at 343 million yuan. As the largest container liner company in Zhejiang Province, the company operated 119 vessels as of the end of the first half, with total capacity of 1.86 million deadweight tonnes, up 10.3% year-on-year on a deadweight tonne basis. Container throughput exceeded 3.7 million TEUs, up 21% year-on-year, and the company added direct routes from Ningbo to Laem Chabang and extra sailings to Bangkok, launched an India route, and achieved a breakthrough in the South Asian market. Bulk cargo volume approached 15 million tonnes, achieving year-on-year growth. In August 2026, the company officially entered the roll-on roll-off shipping business, extending its route network to the European continent for the first time.
