Origin Property Public Company Limited, or ORI, reported sales for the first nine months of 2026 totalling 15,735 million baht for houses and condominiums, split into roughly 85% from condominium projects and about 15% from housing developments. By status, about 75% of sales came from ready-to-move-in projects and roughly 25% from projects still under construction. Backlog awaiting revenue recognition at the end of the second quarter of 2026 stood at 33,182 million baht, which will be gradually recognised from 2026 through 2029. For the fourth quarter of 2026, the company has one newly completed condominium project beginning transfers of ownership, SO Origin Bangtao Beach, which has a condominium backlog of more than 70% of the project's value. It is also preparing a major special year-end campaign, including both project-level campaigns and a campaign at the 50th House and Condo Expo, to be held from 29 October to 1 November 2026, 10:00 to 20:00, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, to stimulate purchasing power, sales and revenue in line with the company's targets.
