Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited, or PRI, has been entrusted with the management of two condominium projects in Khon Kaen province: The Origin Campus Khon Kaen with 492 units and Origin Place Khon Kaen-Kanlapaphruek with 442 units, totaling 934 units. PMM Property Management Company Limited, or PMM, a subsidiary of PRI, will be responsible for the juristic person management of both projects, covering common area management, budgeting and finance, building systems and maintenance, security, and the environment. Suphint Mechoocheep, Chief Executive Officer of PRI, stated that Khon Kaen province is a key hub of the northeastern region in terms of economy, education, and medicine, which is driving demand for quality housing and professional project management services. Taking on the management of these two new projects is an important step in expanding services to potential provincial cities and aligns with PRI's One-Stop Service strategy, which covers real estate management, residential and hotel management, brokerage, and related technology services.
