Quick Transformation, or QUICK, has announced a final initial public offering price of 5.65 baht per share, representing a price-to-earnings ratio of just 8.29 times. The company will offer 32 million shares with a par value of 0.50 baht each. Subscription opens on October 9, 12 and 14, and the shares are expected to list on the Market for Alternative Investment, or mai, on October 21, 2026, in the technology sector. The offering will raise 180.8 million baht to support business expansion. Paisal Saelee, Chief Executive Officer of QUICK, said the company is a full-service digital systems consultant and installer with core expertise in ERP systems, and currently has a backlog worth 104 million baht, nearly all of which will be recognised as revenue this year. Jirayong Anumanrajadhon, Managing Director of Jay Capital Advisory, the financial advisor, said Thailand's ERP market is growing 18% per year and the company has a policy of paying dividends of no less than 30% of net profit. Yodrudee Santatikul, head of the capital markets division at Asia Plus Securities, the lead underwriter, said the IPO price at a P/E of 8.29 times offers a large discount and is cheaper than similar businesses such as Bluebik Group, or BBIK, at 11 to 12 times.
