It is designed for the Generation Rent group, which wants flexibility and does not want long-term obligations. There is also RentNex Invest, a buy-to-let investment model for retail investors who want to turn condominiums into cash-generating assets, offering average returns of around 6 to 9 percent per year, with a professional team from SEN X providing full end-to-end management. All of these strategies aim to restructure revenue, reducing reliance on development for sale in favor of a services and platform business model that generates steady cash flow.
