The Stock Exchange of Thailand is extending trading hours for DR, DW and ETF products that reference foreign securities, opening trading earlier at 08:00 from the previous 10:00, while the closing time remains unchanged. The change takes effect from November 16, 2026 onwards, aimed at increasing opportunities and making it more convenient for Thai investors to access overseas investments more efficiently. It covers products referencing securities in Asian, European and US markets. For DRs referencing securities in Asian, European and US markets, trading will open during the Day Session from 08:00 to 16:30. Meanwhile, DRs referencing European and US markets will still trade in the Night Session from 19:00 to 02:45 as before. As for DWs and ETFs referencing securities in Asian, European and US markets, trading will open during the Day Session from 08:00 to 16:30, with DWs and ETFs referencing European and US markets trading only during the Day Session. In addition, the Exchange is adjusting the pre-open period for the Day Session from 09:30 to 07:50, and the random opening period from 09:55-10:00 to 07:55-08:00, to align with the new opening time.
