*ST Guangtang announced on October 8 that it plans to transfer its 99.90% stake in Yunou Logistics and 100% stake in Nantang Seed to Guangxi Guangnong Supply Chain Group Co., Ltd., for a total transaction price of 488 million yuan. Through this transaction, the company will divest its logistics and warehousing business as well as its sugarcane seedling cultivation and sales business, focusing more on its machine-made sugar business.
