Takara Tomy has released its consolidated results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, covering April to June. Revenue rose 7.7% year on year to 64.047 billion yen, while operating profit increased 19.9% to 5.512 billion yen. Growth in Japan and Asia contributed, with products aimed at the kidult demographic and items tied to the 30th anniversary of Pokémon performing well. In the Americas, revenue fell due to shipment delays caused by an ERP system malfunction, but a tariff refund boosted consolidated operating profit by approximately 1 billion yen. Full-year forecasts are unchanged, with revenue expected to reach 285 billion yen and operating profit 26 billion yen.
