TKN completes share buyback, hitting target of 17 million shares worth 79.68 million baht

Taokaenoi Food & Marketing Public Company Limited, or TKN, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its share buyback programme for financial management has ended, with a total of 17,000,000 shares repurchased, representing 1.23 percent of all issued and paid-up shares, for a total value of 79,627,490 baht, fully meeting the target. The buyback was conducted on the Stock Exchange of Thailand from 22 September 2026 to 21 March 2027. The company also carried out its first share buyback programme in 2025, running from 13 January 2025 to 11 July 2025, and completed the purchase of 15,000,000 shares on 24 January 2025, representing 1.09 percent of all issued and paid-up shares. Counting the 17,000,000 shares bought back under this programme together with the 15,000,000 shares already repurchased, the company holds a cumulative total of 32,000,000 treasury shares, representing 2.32 percent of all issued and paid-up shares, which does not exceed 20 percent of all issued and paid-up shares.
