The operation took less than one month from the programme's start date of 22 September 2026, within a maximum budget framework of no more than 80 million baht and a programme period running to 21 March 2027. Previously, the company carried out its first buyback programme in 2025, completing 15 million shares on 24 January 2025, representing 1.09% of all issued and sold shares. Counting the repurchased shares from both programmes together, the company holds a cumulative 32 million treasury shares, or 2.32% of all issued and sold shares, which remains below the 20% ceiling under the relevant regulations. The company may sell the repurchased shares once three months have passed from the date the buyback was completed, and must sell them within three years. TKN shares closed in the latest trading on 7 October 2026 at 4.80 baht, up 0.04 baht, or 0.84%, with trading value of 12.77 million baht, compared with the closing price of 4.28 baht on 17 September, when the board approved the buyback programme.
