Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited, or TTA, closed its offering of bonds worth a total of 1.7 billion baht, fully subscribed to its target in a remarkably short time. The bonds have a tenor of 3 years, 2 months and 12 days, a fixed interest rate of 4.60% per year, with interest paid every three months, and mature in December 2029. Chalermchai Mahagitsiri, President and Chief Executive Officer of TTA, said the response reflects that investors value the financial discipline the company has always upheld. The company will use the proceeds to repay bonds maturing on 19 October 2026 and to fund short-term working capital, as part of its efficient management of its financial structure. The company and the bonds received a credit rating of BBB with a Stable outlook from TRIS Rating Company Limited on 10 September 2026.
