Operating revenue was 2.80 billion yuan, down 2.6% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 27.16 million yuan, down 23.0% year-on-year. Net operating cash flow was 290 million yuan, down 17.1% year-on-year. Earnings per share were 0.0313 yuan. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 1.53 billion yuan, down 10.2% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent was 20.82 million yuan, down 3.1% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 17.19 million yuan, up 4.7% year-on-year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 2.774 billion yuan, up 14.7% from the end of the previous year. Net assets attributable to the parent were 928 million yuan, up 3.95% from the end of the previous year. The company said that due to factors such as a complex and volatile international environment and rising geopolitical tensions, the tourism consumption market has become more rational and cautious. The company will continue to pursue prudent operations, optimize its business structure, promote integrated wholesale and retail development, and explore new cross-sector integration scenarios under the tourism plus model.
