Xiamen Airport announced that the company plans to take over passenger ground services at Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport through a specialized operating model, and will sign a Passenger Ground Services Framework Agreement with the new airport operator. The agreement term is three years, with service revenue shared on a percentage basis, under which the company receives 80% of passenger boarding bridge usage and service fees, passenger service fees, and ground handling charges. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction and is still subject to shareholder approval.
