Xinjufeng announced on October 8 that its subsidiary Fenmei Packaging, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, recently received a letter from the exchange stating that the Listing Committee has decided to cancel Fenmei Packaging's Hong Kong listing status. Fenmei Packaging has the right to submit a review application within seven business days from the date of the decision. If no review is requested, the last trading date for its shares will be October 16, 2026, and its listing status will be cancelled from 9 a.m. on October 20. Fenmei Packaging still needs to consult with professional advisers to determine whether to submit a review request. Xinjufeng stated that as a controlling subsidiary, whether Fenmei Packaging retains its independent Hong Kong listing status will not have a material adverse impact on business synergies or daily operations between the two companies.
