Intretech announced on October 8 that it plans to use its own funds of 2.05 million yuan to acquire a 41% stake in Xiamen Beiyang Ruiheng Smart Health Co., Ltd. from the Xiamen Beiyang Brain-Computer Interface and Smart Health Innovation Research Institute.
