Tasly announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Tasly Pride Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has received the Drug Registration Certificate for Indocyanine Green for Injection approved and issued by the National Medical Products Administration. Indocyanine Green for Injection is clinically used to diagnose various liver diseases such as cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, chronic hepatitis, and occupational and drug-induced toxic liver disease, and to assess the degree of liver damage and its reserve function. The drug can also be used for choroidal angiography to determine the location of choroidal disorders.

Tasly released its 2026 interim report. Net profit attributable to the parent in the first half reached 893 million yuan, up 15.2% year on year. Operating revenue was 4.201 billion yuan, down 2.03% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent excluding non-recurring items was 870 million yuan, up 36% year on year. Net operating cash flow was 1.17 billion yuan, up 48.2% year on year. Second-quarter net profit attributable to the parent was 522 million yuan, up 13.5% year on year. The company said it will continue to strengthen research and development and market promotion to cope with industry competition and market changes.

Tasly disclosed its 2026 half-year report, with net profit attributable to the parent up 15.23% year on year. During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating revenue of 4.201 billion yuan, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 893 million yuan, and non-GAAP net profit of 870 million yuan, up 36.00% year on year. A total of 10 of the company's products were newly included in the National Essential Medicines List, 2026 edition, including two exclusive products, Jinghua Weikang Capsules and Shaoma Zhijing Granules. A research report from Guosheng Securities noted that the company fully released earnings elasticity in the second quarter, and the sharp growth in non-GAAP net profit verified the effectiveness of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The inclusion of ten products in the new edition of the essential medicines list will continue to open up incremental markets at the primary-care level.

Tasly announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.24 yuan per share, before tax, to all shareholders, with an estimated total payout of 359 million yuan, representing 40.17% of net profit attributable to the parent company for the first half of 2026.
