Luoman Co.'s controlling subsidiary Wutong Gaoxin signs another major computing power order, with total contract value of approximately 588 million yuan
Luoman Co. announced on the evening of October 7 that its controlling subsidiary Wutong Gaoxin recently signed a Sales Contract with China Merchants Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of approximately 311 million yuan. China Merchants Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will purchase computing power equipment from Wutong Gaoxin and then lease it to China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., while Wutong Gaoxin will deliver the relevant computing power equipment directly to China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. On the same day, Luoman Co. issued another announcement stating that Wutong Gaoxin signed a Framework Contract for Computing Power Equipment Procurement with Beijing Guangma Software Co., Ltd., under which Wutong Gaoxin will procure computing power equipment for Beijing Guangma Software Co., Ltd. and provide related technical services, with a contract value of approximately 277 million yuan. Luoman Co. stated that this transaction is part of the daily operating business of its controlling subsidiary Wutong Gaoxin, and the impact of the performance of the specific agreements on the company's 2026 current-period results remains uncertain. It also cautioned that if terminal market fluctuations lead to changes in customer demand, there may be risks of order delays, breach of contract, or even termination of cooperation. Previously, on the evening of September 4, 2025, Luoman Co. announced plans to acquire 39.23% equity in Wutong Gaoxin for 196 million yuan in cash. After the transaction is completed, Wutong Gaoxin will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements and become its controlling subsidiary. Wutong Gaoxin is mainly engaged in AIDC computing power infrastructure integration services. The computing power business has already had a positive impact on Luoman Co.'s performance. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 943 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 118.11%, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 71.9747 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 444.1%, and basic earnings per share of 0.47 yuan.
