Formerly known as Tokyo Seimitsu Kogu Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. in April 1962. Incorporated in 1949, it is headquartered in Hachioji, Japan.

Jefferies Raises Targets on Tokyo Seimitsu, Advantest as AI Drives Record Orders
