REDLattice CEO Andy Boyd Discusses Nasdaq SPAC Listing at IPO Edge Event
REDLattice CEO Andy Boyd said the cyber and intelligence technology company expects to become public and begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker "REDL" by the end of 2026 through its business combination with Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: BEAG). Speaking at an IPO Edge fireside chat at Nasdaq MarketSite on Oct. 5 with Editor-in-Chief John Jannarone, Boyd positioned REDLattice as a mission-critical cyber and intelligence technology company serving U.S. and allied governments, with capabilities spanning vulnerability research, lawful intercept and intelligence collection. He said the cyber threat environment is accelerating rapidly, particularly because of AI, with adversaries becoming more sophisticated and governments needing advanced technology and specialized expertise. REDLattice sees substantial growth potential in government cybersecurity and intelligence spending, and its strategy is to expand existing customer relationships, broaden its product portfolio and pursue opportunities across the U.S. defense and intelligence ecosystem. Boyd, a former Senior Intelligence Service officer at the CIA who culminated his career there as Director of the Center for Cyber Intelligence, is also an Operating Partner at AE Industrial Partners.
