PRECHA Unveils Three Strategies, Targets 1 Billion Baht Revenue by 2028
Preecha Group Public Company Limited, or PRECHA, has announced a major corporate transformation plan under a new management team, appointing Mr. Rongrit Thammasathit as Chief Executive Officer, or CEO. He leads a management team with more than 20 years of real estate experience from Quality Houses Public Company Limited and Frasers Property Thailand Public Company Limited. In its first-half 2026 results, the company reported total revenue of 122.92 million baht, a rise of 720% compared with the same period a year earlier. The company targets total revenue of no less than 250 million baht in 2026 and has laid out a three-year road map toward a revenue target of 1 billion baht by 2028, through three main strategies. The first is the launch of a new low-rise brand, PRESENSE, with two pilot locations: Rattanathibet-Westgate in Nonthaburi Province and Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong in eastern Bangkok. The second is the renovation of the 15-storey Preecha Complex office building next to Sutthisan underground train station, targeting an occupancy rate of no less than 80% and generating rental cash flow of about 30 million baht per year. The third is expansion into the hotel business, with plans to sign a management contract for The Palazzo Bangkok, a 230-room premium hotel next to Huai Khwang underground train station, while studying further hotel investments in central city locations.
