Growth was driven by ownership transfers at the ROMM Convent project, which began transferring in May 2569, along with continued transfers at the VEHHA Hua Hin project. As a result, the net profit margin for the second quarter of 2569 rose to 6.2% from 1.2% a year earlier. As of 30 June 2569, the company had a sales backlog awaiting ownership transfer worth 4.008 billion baht, which will be gradually recognised as revenue from 2569 to 2571, and it reduced its interest-bearing debt to equity ratio to 1.1 times from 1.9 times at the end of 2568.
