Asset World Corp REIT Company Limited, as the trust's manager, filed the trust unit offering registration statement and draft prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2026. AWR's initial portfolio comprises five quality assets: The Empire Banyan Tree Koh Samui, Banyan Tree Krabi, Melia Koh Samui, and Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, which have posted average EBITDA growth of 20 percent over the past two years. Under AWR's unitholding structure, at least 72 percent is allocated to general investors, while AWC will hold no more than 28 percent of the trust units. AWC also disclosed that as of June 30, 2026, its portfolio had grown to 62 projects, with total asset value rising from 96,460 million baht at the time of its listing on the stock exchange in 2019 to 224,100 million baht.
