The five projects consist of The Empire, valued at approximately 25.107 billion baht; Banyan Tree Samui hotel, valued at approximately 6.463 billion baht; Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa hotel, valued at approximately 6.1 billion baht; Melia Koh Samui hotel, valued at approximately 5.895 billion baht; and Banyan Tree Krabi Resort hotel, valued at approximately 4.884 billion baht. AWC plans to subscribe for no more than 28% of AWR trust units, with more than 50% allocated to domestic investors and no more than 50% to foreign institutional investors, and expects the AWR REIT to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in early 2027. The board has also approved nine additional high-quality projects in the pipeline for future transfer into the AWR REIT, targeting portfolio growth from 50 billion baht to between 100 billion and 300 billion baht within the next five years.
