Canstar Resources Inc. announced that the Phase 1 till geochemistry program at its 100%-owned Skellefte VMS Project in northern Sweden is nearing completion, with approximately 95 percent of planned sample sites collected as at October 6, 2026. The systematic till sampling program, comprising approximately 2,150 samples, commenced on August 19, 2026, on three of the Project's four granted exploration permits, an area of approximately 31,000 hectares, and is expected to be completed in October. The Project as a whole comprises four granted exploration permits covering approximately 680 square kilometres, or 68,000 hectares, in the northern portion of the Skellefte belt; the part covered by the fourth permit, Nyvall nr 101, is not included in the current program and is expected to be incorporated into follow-up exploration plans. Samples will be submitted to Bureau Veritas for preparation and multi-element analysis at its ISO-accredited laboratory in Vancouver, with laboratory results to be interpreted alongside historical exploration data to rank anomalies for follow-up. Canstar also confirmed the completion of an extension of the expiry date of 10,357,369 common share purchase warrants issued under its warrant exercise incentive program, from September 25, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the exercise price unchanged at $0.07 per share.
