The announcement stated that Wuhan Rongjing is not the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the judicial freezing of its shares will not lead to a change in company control, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's daily production and operations. In the first half of 2026, China Security achieved revenue of 1.159 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 48.43 million yuan.
