Clearmind Medicine Inc. released positive ex vivo data for its intranasal MEAI formulation, showing improved retention compared to standard formulae. The study used freshly isolated rabbit mucosal tissue and found that the company's proprietary mucoadhesive formulation maintained a greater proportion of its initially adhered dose over a 30-minute period. MEAI is an investigational non-hallucinogenic neuroplastogen being developed for alcohol use disorder, addiction, and weight loss management. Clearmind's lead MEAI candidate, CMND-100, is designed for treating alcohol use disorder. Shares of Clearmind were trading at $2.16, up 1.06%.
