Dream Finders Homes has appointed Rick Beckwitt as Co-Chairman of its Board of Directors, sharing leadership responsibilities with Founder and CEO Patrick Zalupski. Beckwitt brings decades of experience from top U.S. homebuilders, having served as Co-CEO and Co-President of Lennar before retiring in 2023, and previously as President of D.R. Horton. He currently serves on the boards of Eagle Materials, Ferguson Enterprises, and Weyerhaeuser. Zalupski stated that Beckwitt's leadership and strategic experience will strengthen the board as the company executes its long-term growth strategy.
