Frontier Nuclear and Minerals has appointed Joshua Girnun and Donal Carroll to its board of directors ahead of its annual general meeting on August 25, 2026. Girnun is co-founder and managing partner of Ridge Metals Group, a New York-based metals and mining investment firm, and brings expertise in capital markets, geosciences, and global resource finance. Carroll has over 20 years of corporate finance leadership and public company experience and currently serves as CFO of Quantum BioPharma. The board has also reconstituted its audit, nominating and corporate governance, and compensation committees, with Carroll chairing the audit committee. All current directors have been recommended as nominees at the upcoming shareholder meeting.
