He will oversee the company's financial strategy, capital allocation, and investor relations to support Innodata's expansion within the generative AI market. Current Interim CFO Marissa Espineli will transition to the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Concurrent with this announcement, Innodata reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial outlook, continuing to project year-over-year revenue growth of approximately 40% or more, an increase from its earlier guidance of 35%.
