Integra LifeSciences has appointed Topaz Kirlew as corporate vice president and chief regulatory officer. Kirlew will lead the company's global regulatory affairs organization, overseeing regulatory strategy, compliance, submissions, and transformation initiatives worldwide. She had served as interim regulatory leader in recent months, managing regulatory compliance, active submissions, and risk mitigation. Kirlew joined Integra in 2021 and brings more than 35 years of healthcare and medical technology experience, having previously held roles at Danaher Corporation, Apyx Medical, Bio-Tissue, and the University of Miami's Diabetes Research Institute.
