L&A Design announced that Board Secretary Fu Jiamin has applied to resign from her positions as board secretary and deputy finance director for personal reasons. Her original term was set to expire on July 18, 2027. Net profit attributable to the parent company was negative 12.64 million yuan, with the loss narrowing by 43.39 percent year on year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was negative 17.10 million yuan, with the loss narrowing by 36.22 percent year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 15.89 million yuan. Basic earnings per share were negative 0.15 yuan. The company said operating results continued to reduce losses, and the rising share of high-margin business drove continued improvement in gross margin. Landscape design business revenue grew 22.85 percent year on year, accounting for 54.45 percent of operating revenue, while operating costs fell 18.32 percent from the same period last year.
