L&A Design announced that company secretary Fu Jiamin has resigned from the roles of board secretary and deputy finance director for personal reasons. Her original term was set to expire on July 18, 2027. Under the Company Law and the company's articles of association, Fu Jiamin's resignation took effect upon delivery to the board of directors, and she no longer holds any position at the company. From the effective date of her resignation until L&A Design's board appoints a new board secretary, chairman Li Baozhang will act in the role. The company will complete the selection and appointment of a new board secretary as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations and fulfil its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner. Notably, Fu Jiamin served as L&A Design's board secretary for only two years and two months, making her the third board secretary to leave the company within five and a half years of its listing.
