Ms. Manida Zimmerman has notified her intention to resign from her positions as director of Tidlor Holdings Public Company Limited, or TIDLOR, covering the roles of independent director and member of the nomination and remuneration committee at both TIDLOR and its subsidiary Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited. Ms. Atitaya Phunwatthu, Chief Executive Officer of TIDLOR, disclosed this, noting that Ms. Manida cited personal commitments as the reason for her resignation. The resignation takes effect from October 9, 2026 onward.
