MasTec announced that Manny Miranda has joined its Board of Directors as a Class II Director. Miranda brings over 40 years of utility industry experience, having held leadership roles at Florida Power & Light and Florida City Gas covering transmission, distribution, engineering, operations, and large-scale capital programs. He currently serves on the boards of CenterPoint Energy and Ubicquia, and holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Miami and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Chairman Jorge Mas said Miranda's deep understanding of electric and natural gas infrastructure will be invaluable as MasTec continues to build and modernize North America's critical infrastructure.
