Pinnacle Financial Partners has named Michael McClanahan as its Orlando regional president, effective June 29. McClanahan will lead more than 100 team members across 10 offices, including nine full-service locations, as the firm builds its brand and grows market share in Central Florida following its merger with Synovus Bank earlier this year. He brings over 40 years of Orlando-based banking leadership experience, most recently serving as Central Florida market president at BankUnited. The transition to the Pinnacle brand in Orlando and Florida will continue through the first quarter of 2027 as the integration is completed.
