Nature’s Sunshine Products has appointed Janine Weber as Executive Vice President and President, North America, effective August 10, 2026. Weber brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in direct selling, sales enablement, and customer experience. She will lead the company’s North America business, focusing on growth, consultant engagement, and commercial strategy across the United States and Canada. Weber joins from LifeWave, where she was Regional President, North America, and previously held senior roles at Rodan + Fields, including Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement and Senior Vice President of North America Sales. CEO Ken Romanzi highlighted her proven ability to drive growth and build high-performing teams as key to the company’s long-term strategy.
